Queen shipments work on a calendar week schedule. For example, this means that you may purchase queens that will be delivered in week 21 (May 20-24, 2024). We may not know exactly which day of that week your queens will arrive until the week before (and sometimes not until the week of). We recognize this can make planning difficult but arrivals depend on when our partners book your queens to depart as well as on the airline schedule. While we make every effort to ensure that our schedule is up to date, there are sometimes flight delays that can impact the weekly delivery schedules.

When you place an order you will need to identify the week(s) you would like to have your queens arrive.
